Senior Software Engineer(Interview Support Role)
Description We’re a team of experienced developers actively pursuing opportunities with US companies, and we’re looking for confident engineers to help us handle a growing number of interviews. This is a fully remote, client-facing role where you’ll represent assigned developer profiles in live video interviews. Each profile will match your technical strengths, and we’ll support you throughout the process. 💡 What you’ll be doing: • Attend multiple technical / intro interviews(schedule provided) • Confidently present yourself as a software engineer in client interviews • If an offer is secured, continue handling responsibilities professionally ✅ What we’re looking for: • Native or fluent English (must be confident on video calls) • Strong background in software development (full-stack preferred) • Familiar with system design + technical interviews • Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure is a plus • Prior exposure to US-based companies is highly valued 🛠 Tech stack (any of these): AI / ML | Data Engineering, C# / .NET, Java / Spring Boot, MERN / MEAN 🌍 Details: • 100% remote • Must be available in US time zones (EST / CST / PST) 💰 Compensation: • $4,000–$6,000/month once placed in a US role(e.g. 2 jobs - $8000 ~ $12000, etc) • Full support + tools provided (including AI assistance) • Long-term opportunity 📌 Important: You must be reliable, camera-ready, and able to attend all scheduled interviews. US-issued equipment may be required after placement. and also you can have your secondary work, a long free time.
