🚧 WIP – a new template 🚧
This time i want to start with the brand identity. What do you think for this brand identity?
The script holds up on the dark background, which is where a lot of retro scripts collapse - that bodes well for signage and cups. The favicon is the piece I'd keep testing: H! on its own reads like a different brand than the full logotype, so at 16px the mascot's head might carry more recognition than the letters.

The Aphrology mark started with the Venus de Milo.
I progressively stripped away detail, keeping only the curves necessary to suggest Aphrodite while simultaneously constructing the letter A, the initial of the brand.
The final symbol lives between recognition and abstraction.
Aphrodite → A → Aphrology.

I created Menmi a while ago as a brand mascot for a ramen bar, and it quickly became a client favorite. Eventually, I archived the project from my public showcase.
Recently, while scrolling through Pinterest, I stumbled upon a logo design with a remarkably similar character concept the same spiky hair silhouette, face shape, and ramen element! Seeing that was an instant sign that this concept still resonates and holds great creative value.
I’m unarchiving Menmi to give this character a second life in my portfolio. Never let your solid work hide in the dark just because time has passed!
