PawHQ - Pet Care Business Operations Platform

Pet care businesses manage much more than just pets. They handle bookings, clients, pet records, services, staff, spaces, and payments, often using multiple tools to manage their daily operations.
I built PawHQ to bring these workflows together in one place.
PawHQ is an operations platform for pet care businesses, including boarding, daycare, grooming, training, board and train, pet walking, and pet sitting.
The core workflow covers the complete business setup and booking process, from onboarding and setting up staff and spaces, to creating services, managing contacts and pets, and creating bookings.
PawHQ supports both space-based services for boarding, daycare, and board and train, and slot-based services for grooming, training, walking, sitting, and other scheduled appointments.
Businesses can manage contacts as clients, leads, or others, create pet profiles linked to clients, assign staff or spaces to bookings, manage booking status, and track bookings through completion.
I designed PawHQ from the ground up and developed the application using Bubble. The product includes connected database structures, custom booking workflows, space and slot-based booking logic, resource management, conditional workflows, validations, and a responsive interface.
The goal is simple: make daily pet care operations easier, so businesses can spend more time caring for pets.

Excited to share my submission for the #Bubble Free-For-All!
The project is Apero, a business concept focused on improving the restaurant dining experience. Instead of patrons getting bored or annoyed waiting for their food, Apero provides lightweight entertainment right at the table.
I’d been working on Apero prior to this, so I decided to see how far I could take the web build using Bubble to build it completely from scratch. The AI assistant was super helpful for quick iteration, but what really stood out was how seamlessly I could manage custom workflows, complex datasets, and distinct project pages.
Improvements are still underway, and testing with real restaurants will begin soon! However really happy with how it turned out so far and I'm excited to see all the other competition entries! 🙌
