I’ve been seeing more and more projects asking for Framer lately, and a lot of designers are building some really stunning sites with it.
About 4 years ago I started learning Webflow, and since then I’ve stuck with it. Over the years many website builders popped up, but Webflow always felt like the most powerful option for building production-ready websites.
But lately… Framer looks really promising.
It almost feels like Figma and a website builder combined in one tool. The interface is very design-first and allows fast prototyping, real-time collaboration, and smooth animations directly in the canvas.
I’m curious what everyone here thinks.
Is Framer really better, or just the new shiny tool right now?
What are you using these days and why?
