How do you brand a business that doesn’t fit into one box?
Dario Nuzzarello built a Studio that works across engineering, IT, strategy, and software. The challenge was creating a typographic identity that could bring all those disciplines together without limiting the brand to just one.
I wanted to avoid making it feel overly technical or cold. Since Dario’s work is highly custom and interdisciplinary, the identity needed to feel precise and structured while still being human and approachable.
Sometimes, the best solution is finding the right type, proportions, and details to make a name stand on its own.
One thing I’ve learned in product design is that before you start designing, you need a design system. 🎨✨
A design system helps you establish consistency across your product, from colors and typography to spacing, buttons, components, and overall visual style.
Rather than making random design decisions as you go, you have a clear foundation to work with. It saves time, makes collaboration easier, and ensures that every screen feels like part of the same product.
Think of it as the foundation of your design. When your foundation is solid, designing, scaling, and maintaining your product becomes much easier.
Don’t just design screens. Build a consistent system that brings them all together🫶
