Every good PM or PO should know one thing:
AI is useless if your project context is a mess.
You can have the best tools.
The best prompts.
The best AI assistant.
But if your context is spread across Slack, Jira, Google Drive, call recordings, Notion pages, and someone’s memory…
AI will not make you more efficient.
It will only help you create chaos faster.
That is why, while building our PMO roadmap at VISO, we focused on one important question:
How do we help PMs work not only for the client, but with the client?
Because this is a big difference.
Working FOR the client means delivering tasks.
Working WITH the client means understanding the business, seeing risks earlier, challenging decisions when needed, and helping the product move in the right direction.
But to do that properly, a PM needs context.
Full context.
So one of our PMs built this architecture as part of our VISO Mindspace.
This gives the PM a much stronger operating system.
But before using AI in project management, your processes need to be clear.
AI should be more like lane assist.
It helps you stay on track.
But only if the road, rules, and direction already exist.
