Your P&L says you made $20,000 profit.
But your bank account says something completely different.
So... where did the money go?
This is where understanding your numbers matters.
Profit tells you what you earned. Cash flow tells you what you actually have available.
Maybe $10,000 is sitting in unpaid invoices. Maybe you paid suppliers upfront. Maybe you purchased equipment.
That's why I always say: don't just look at your profit. Understand where your cash is going.
