There’s a lot of talk about AI replacing jobs. But what we’re seeing is something slightly different. AI is incredibly powerful. It can speed up research, generate ideas, structure content, analyze data. It removes friction and makes execution faster. But it doesn’t replace expertise. Knowing what questions to ask, what to prioritize, what to ignore, and how to connect decisions to business outcomes, that still requires experience. AI can assist. It can amplify.
