What just happened: a USB worm that hijacks clipboard-pasted crypto wallet addresses is now confirmed in the wild, active since February, targeting Bitcoin, Monero, and Tron users on Windows. Microsoft has the detection signatures — but the UX fixes have to come from wallet and app developers.
