I'm Jan, a product designer. I spent the last 4 years as the founding designer at an AI startup, building a gesture-based try-on mirror, a mobile app, and a B2B dashboard from zero.
What sets my work apart is that I don't stop at the design. I build it too, in Framer and React, so there's no handoff gap between the idea and the live thing.
I'm here to take on freelance work, meet people who care about craft, and share what I'm building along the way.

The first design was created by my client using AI a familiar dashboard style you've probably seen across countless AI-generated products.
I redesigned it to feel less generic and more intentional, with a distinctive visual identity, clearer hierarchy, and an experience built around meaningful celebrations.
The goal wasn't just to make it look better. It was to make it feel like its own product.
