Takeaways:
There are a few chances to stand out; the first is your covering letter and avatar. Format it well, not too long, not too short. Make it readable at a glance.
Each sentence should count. Try to guide the user to view your profile in the top left, and choose solid featured work.
Use your hero image. Creative real estate is limited so showcase your best work in a slideshow; don't assume that they'll visit your entire profile
Services matter, too. They're more visual real estate to show off your work. Any other ideas?
