The flow sounds simple. Pick the plan, see clear pricing, know exactly what happens when it expires. But getting there meant working through eligibility rules, cross-channel consistency across web and app, and messaging that had to land for stressed out customers.

Hi! I'm Viktoriia, UI/UX Designer
I design enterprise SaaS platforms, admin consoles, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. My experience spans cybersecurity and EdTech: multi-level access consoles, data-heavy dashboards, and mobile apps with complex role-based logic. I love the kind of problems where you need to fully understand the system before you can start designing.
I actively use AI throughout my process: Claude and ChatGPT for research and IA, Figma Make and Lovable for prototyping. I'm also currently learning to build websites with Claude Code.
