Human Approval in AI Workflows — OpsPilot Feature Demo

An automated response still needs a clear point where a person can review it.

This feature study from my independent OpsPilot project shows how a fictional damaged-order request reaches a human approval step: • The reviewer sees the extracted order details, priority and department beside the draft. • The draft can be edited before approval. • Approval resumes the workflow; rejection prevents the response action. • The workflow retains its execution history for inspection.

The design keeps a requested replacement separate from a confirmed promise: stock, refunds and delivery dates still require verification.

Public portfolio demo with fictional data and a fallback AI provider. External responses are simulated; email, Slack and CRM accounts are not connected.
