Secure Kubernetes platform for a regulated environment
Production Kubernetes for regulated finance, with scanning enforced in every pipeline before anything deploys.
Who it was for: A regulated financial services environment.
The problem. Production Kubernetes in regulated finance has to satisfy two audiences at once: engineers who need to ship, and auditors who need to see that nothing ships unchecked.
What I did. Provisioned clusters and supporting networking with Terraform so the platform is reproducible and reviewable. Designed the routing layer through a gateway and ingress controllers. Built reusable pipeline workflows with image, IaC and policy scanning embedded, so the security step isn't something a team can skip under deadline — it is the path to production.
The result. Every build is scanned before deploy, and control evidence is a by-product of the pipeline rather than a separate exercise.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your client is delay deployment until the product is truly ready.
The project is feature complete.
Everything works perfectly in the demo.
So naturally, my client wanted to deploy it.
But during the final review, I found a few production-readiness issues.
And that's something many people misunderstand...
"It works" doesn't always mean "It's ready for production."
Before a real launch, a product needs proper testing, monitoring, security, reliability, and scalability.
If we skip these checks, the real users—not the developers—will find the bugs.
Delaying deployment isn't about slowing down the project.
It's about protecting the client's business and ensuring a successful launch.
A good developer doesn't just know when to deploy...
They also know when to say, "Not yet."
Grid Delivery Control — Grid Connection and Commissioning Platform
I designed and built Grid Delivery Control, a secure project-management platform for renewable energy, BESS and electrical infrastructure projects.
The system brings grid-connection requirements, technical evidence, approvals, milestones, risks, commissioning records and handover documentation into one controlled workspace—from initial application through to energisation.
Key capabilities include G99 and G100 workflow tracking, document version control, technical approval gates, readiness dashboards, project risks, commissioning test records, audit history and controlled handover reporting.
I led the product concept, engineering workflow design, system architecture, frontend, backend, database, security controls, testing and deployment.
This is an independently developed product created through my personal Replit workspace.
