Variate is an AI-powered marketing platform currently in development, where I lead the end-to-end product management process from strategy to execution. My role focuses on transforming product vision into a scalable solution while aligning business objectives with user needs.
I manage cross-functional teams consisting of designers, developers, AI engineers, and cloud engineers, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the product lifecycle. My responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, planning and managing agile sprints, writing product requirements, coordinating stakeholder communication, and tracking project milestones.
Working closely with both technical and business teams, I drive execution from concept to launch while maintaining product quality, timely delivery, and a strong user-centric approach. The platform is currently in active development, with continuous iterations based on product goals, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
