Super excited to share my *personal* favorite feature that I've helped build here at Contra — Discovery score!
How you're being surfaced on a platform is always a mystery—and it doesn't have to be.
Almost every platform has an algorithm for scoring, ranking, and surfacing content and profiles that matches what is being searched for, but it's always withheld from the people who are working to be discovered.
At Contra, we want to make a stand that you should have these insights empowering your independent journey.

This is a real game-changer. I've said it the second I saw this feature for the first time. We are being transparent where others are afraid of. I absolutely know this is the right thing to do and I'm very happy to be part of a company that is not afraid of taking this approach.

@T. Ashish Kumar Patro There’s no minimum Discovery Score needed to get hired on Contra. 😊
To show up in Discovery, just complete the onboarding checklist (in the top right corner of your screen).
