Title: Why Strong Teams Still Collapse.
One thing leadership environments consistently reveal is this:
talent alone does not protect organizations. Connection does.
I once heard a story
about a Belgian Malinois
that guarded a farm alongside larger,
more experienced dogs:
a Caucasian Shepherd,
a Kangal,
and an Alabai.
The coyotes never
attacked the pack directly.
Instead, they distracted the youngest dog and lured him into the woods alone.
By the time he realized it was a trap,
he was surrounded.
Fortunately, the other dogs noticed
his absence quickly
and moved together to rescue him.
That story mirrors what often
happens inside organizations.
Teams become vulnerable when:
• Communication weakens
• Leaders become isolated
• Individuals begin operating without alignment.
Because even talented people
become easier to overwhelm when
disconnected from strong systems.

May our organisations stand tall and strong. They must never succumb to the "coyotes."
