A mobile app for traffic enforcement officers working roadside, where every interaction has to survive real field conditions: one hand free, poor light, and a driver waiting. The core challenge was compressing a slow paper process into a few taps: look up a plate, see the vehicle and owner record, check whether fines are settled, and issue a violation on the spot with photo evidence attached.

I designed 84 screens across 16 flows in Figma, covering layered authentication (password, biometric, and 2FA officers carry sensitive records), a patrol dashboard with paid/unpaid status at a glance, plate search with full result states, violation creation and reporting, evidence capture with media upload, and outcome states like ID collected and vehicle impounded. The interface leans on a calm navy system with high-contrast status colours, so payment state and violation severity read instantly without an officer having to stop and interpret the screen.
