► Core Technical Architecture & Efficiency: ● Optimized Hardware Stack: The system runs on a cost-effective RK3326 SoC with only 1GB RAM and 8GB eMMC, driving a high-definition 20.1-inch 1080P display. ● Deep Linux Customization: Thanks to specialized system-level optimization, this device consumes only 1/4 of the resources required by a standard Android-based equivalent. ● Performance & Reliability: ● ● Ultra-Fast Boot: Cold boot to operation in just 18 seconds. ● ● Industrial Stability: Engineered for 24/7 stable operation with an ultra-low power footprint of only 20W for the entire unit. ● Extreme Cost Control: The total BOM and manufacturing cost was successfully driven down to under $100 USD per unit.
► Key Engineering & Product Features ● ESOP to MES Evolution: Designed with hardware redundancy, the system can evolve into a full MES environment via OTA (Over-the-Air) updates. By simply adding RFID readers, barcode scanners, and label printers, it gains tracking and reporting capabilities with zero hardware modifications. ● 3D Digital Twin Monitoring: Integrated Three.js to provide real-time 3D visualization of the assembly line status. ● Industrial Connectivity: Features GPIO-controlled Andon lights for alerts, RFID/IC card authentication (via I2C), and digital counters for real-time output harvesting.
