Built an automated lead scoring and routing system using Make.com. New form submissions are analyzed by Groq LLaMA in real time, classified as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on budget and timeline, then routed automatically:
Hot leads → Deal created in HubSpot CRM + instant Slack alert to sales team
Warm leads → Contact created in HubSpot + follow-up task scheduled automatically
Cold leads → logged for future outreach, no manual effort spent
Every lead is logged to Google Sheets with name, score, AI-generated reasoning, and recommended next action for reporting and analytics.
Stack: Make.com, Groq API (LLaMA 3.3), HubSpot CRM, Slack, Google Forms, Google Sheets
Result: Eliminates manual lead triage. Hot leads reach the sales team within seconds of form submission instead of sitting in a queue for hours.

The practical version:

Agents. Automation. Integrations. Memory. Continuity. Human-in-the-loop workflows. Research infrastructure. System audits. Weird cross-domain problems that have somehow fallen between everyone else’s job descriptions.
Our general process is:
- Understand the actual problem.
- Design the architecture.
- Build the smallest system that solves it.
- Make the important boundaries explicit.
- Try to break it.
- Document what survives.
- Leave good maps.
