So I built SOP Love Letter 💌 because the most unromantic thing you can do is ghost your team with undocumented processes.

The idea: speak your process out loud with Wispr Flow, and get a structured, delegation-ready SOP. No Loom recordings nobody watches. No copy-pasting into ChatGPT. No reformatting in Notion.

Just talk through how you do it → get something your team can actually follow.

The meta part? I built the whole app using my voice too. Wispr Flow dictating to Lovable. Barely touched my keyboard.

I built an agentic AI workflow builder inside @Figma Make and used it to create this entire page workflow. This just shows how powerful Figma Make is.

The builder is a visual drag-and-drop canvas that links AI agents, tools, and data into automated workflows. Each node runs an agent or action and passes its output to the next. You can add conditions, loops, retries, and error handling, and even pan the canvas.

My favorite details: when you add an action node, there’s a subtle ripple under it, and you can also move nodes with your keyboard.

With Make, you can turn any design page into a working, clickable prototype—perfect for collaboration!
