Florallis is a real braiding business in Wichita, and PartyFit was built around a problem that ordinary availability checks don’t solve well: what happens after a party is already confirmed and the group changes?

A six-child party can fit a confirmed window. Then the group grows to eight, required time increases from 4h15 to 5h30, and that previously valid reservation may no longer fit.

PartyFit recomputes the booking instead of leaving a stale confirmation in place.

In the hero flow:

6 kids → 8 kids 4h15 → 5h30 +1h15 required current window becomes invalid only compatible alternatives are offered

The customer can move the same booking to a verified replacement, with the timeline preserved and owner action required: 0.

And when no safe replacement exists, PartyFit doesn’t pretend the change succeeded. The original confirmed reservation stays protected, while the requested change is stored separately for Florallis to review.

That became the core idea:

PartyFit is built for what happens after “You’re booked” when the party itself changes.
