👋 Hi, I’m Ugesh — a tech technician, website designer and technology content creator from Malaysia 🇲🇾
I’m new to Contra, but I’m not new to technology.
I’ve been working with technology for several years, helping individuals and businesses solve technical problems and make better use of their devices and online services.
I started with phone, PC and laptop troubleshooting, and over time expanded into website design, website services, remote technical support and cybersecurity awareness.
I enjoy taking complicated technical problems and turning them into simple, practical solutions.
🎥 Technology Content Creation
I also create technology content covering tech news, tutorials, product information, cybersecurity awareness, software and useful technology tips.
My goal is simple: provide practical technology services that people can actually understand and use.
Whether you need a website, technical support, troubleshooting, or help with a technology-related problem, feel free to reach out.
I'm building my presence on Contra and looking forward to connecting with individuals, small businesses and organizations from Malaysia, Singapore and worldwide. 🌎

As part of UGESH INFO TECH SERVICES, we also believe technology should be accessible to people who may have financial difficulties.
In Malaysia 🇲🇾, we offer special discounts for eligible single parents and persons with disabilities (OKU) who are experiencing financial difficulties, subject to eligibility and service requirements.
This is something I genuinely want to grow beyond Malaysia. 🌎 In the future, I hope to extend this initiative to eligible individuals in other countries as well, wherever it is legally and practically possible.
Because sometimes, a small discount can make technology and essential technical services a little more accessible to someone who really needs them.

I built a booking app for Mathias Media, my solo web studio in Minneapolis.
Pick a time. Enter your name and email. Zoom links, confirmations, and reminders happen automatically. Clients can reschedule or cancel, and a three-call daily limit protects time for client work.
My feed on X is full of impressive motion videos made with Claude, so I decided to try Opus 5.5 for the FTCG project. I asked it to create a dynamic video inspired by the FTCG game. The initial prompt was incredibly simple, and it took only an hour or two of experimentation to refine the result and add sound as the finishing touch. Not bad at all.
