TrackOra is a full-featured HRMS platform designed to centralize and simplify workforce management for modern organizations. I designed and developed the platform to bring day-to-day HR operations into a single, intuitive workspace.

The platform covers employee management, attendance, leave and calendars, shifts and rosters, timesheets and project tracking, expenses and claims, approvals, payroll, performance, onboarding, employee documents, reporting, and role-based access control.

The work focused on building a clean, enterprise-ready user experience while connecting the frontend with a scalable .NET 8 backend and PostgreSQL database. The interface uses a modern, minimal design approach with responsive dashboards, searchable data tables, workflow-based actions, and dedicated views for different HR operations.
