Working on some of my own projects lately has been a good reminder that information hierarchy isn’t just a design decision — it’s part of the user experience.
When everything feels equally important, even good content can become overwhelming. Clear structure gives people somewhere to start, shows them what matters next, and lets the content do its job without asking the reader to work so hard.
It’s something I’ve become increasingly conscious of in my UX writing work: clarity isn’t only about the words themselves. It’s also about how we guide someone through them.

This project focused on refining a Shopify product page to make product information easier to understand and the purchasing journey more straightforward.
I structured the page around stronger product imagery, clear product details, organized options, visible purchase actions, trust elements, and related product recommendations.
The work covered Shopify product page design, e-commerce UX/UI, product presentation, CTA optimization, product information structure, and responsive e-commerce design.
