A step-by-step “How It Works” section was designed to guide users through the process, reducing friction and making online healthcare feel approachable and straightforward. The appointment booking form is detailed yet intuitive, ensuring users can submit requests without feeling overwhelmed.
Additional sections like FAQs and recent posts provide helpful information, address common concerns, and improve overall engagement.
Every design decision was made to balance usability with trust, creating a platform that feels professional, approachable, and optimized to increase consultations and patient confidence. 🚀
