I scanned the 1,000 most-starred public repositories: 269 run at least one workflow on pull_request_target (540 workflow files). It runs as a CLI, a pre-commit hook or a GitHub Action.

Identified and fixed an issue in the rails_email_preview gem where request parameters were lost when accessing preview URLs from the generated email preview links. Implemented the fix and contributed it upstream through a pull request, which was successfully merged.
