Processed and analyzed over 3.48M bike-share trip records using Python (Pandas) to evaluate behavioral differences between annual members and casual riders. Built an interactive Tableau dashboard to uncover usage patterns across days, ride durations, and seasonal trends.

Rider Behavior Comparison: Discovered that casual riders cycle 179% longer on weekends compared to annual members.
Temporal & Seasonal Trends: Mapped trip volume distributions throughout the week and across seasons to identify peak usage windows.

E-commerce Executive Dashboard (Tableau)
Problem: A UK online retailer's sales data was scattered across transactions with no clear view of revenue trends, top products, or customer value.
What I built: An executive dashboard in Tableau covering revenue trends, top-performing products, country-level sales via map view, customer value segments, and cancellation patterns.
Result: Gave stakeholders a single view to spot revenue leaks and high-value customer segments at a glance.
📊 HR Employee Attrition Dashboard | Power BI
Just completed another Power BI project focused on HR Employee Attrition Analysis.
I worked with employee data to understand attrition patterns across different areas such as:
• Department
• Age Group
• Job Role
• Gender
• Business Travel
• Overtime
• Job Satisfaction
• Years at Company
The dashboard includes KPIs, interactive slicers, charts, and a summary table to make HR data easier to understand and analyze.
