I kept thinking about that scene, so for the #lovablechallenge I rebuilt the moment "can I book?" becomes "you're booked" - and took the phone tag off her desk entirely. Coromandel, built with Lovable: Patients see real openings - computed from dentist hours, chairs, the 1–2 PM lunch break and holidays. No slot is ever offered that can't actually happen. Emergencies never auto-confirm. They land in the front desk inbox, where Meena can confirm or propose two real alternatives in one tap. Confirmation and reminder emails send themselves - and I mean really send. Book on the live site and a branded email lands in your actual inbox. When someone cancels, the waitlist is emailed automatically and the slot fills itself. Nobody calls anybody. Five roles - patient, front desk, doctor, clinic admin, platform admin - each sees only what their role allows, enforced by the database, not just hidden buttons. The part I'm proudest of: it's not a demo. It's live on a real domain - and it's a platform, not a tool for one clinic. A new clinic applies, passes automatic verification, imports its doctors and weekly hours in bulk, and is taking real bookings in minutes. I never touch anything.
