There are a multitude of tools for automating processes such as Zapier or Make, but we weren't working on developing an accessible solution that “in your own words” says you want to automate without having to learn the tool itself. That's why we proposed a product (the Process Talks team's own technology is amazing) aimed at all those people who don't know how technology works but want to automate processes.
