Nice range. For lead workflows, the piece that pays off most is keeping where each record came from. If an automation adds a company, store the source URL so someone can verify it before outreach. https://stackshortlist.dev works the same way for tech stack based lists.
That's a really good point. Keeping the source URL and verification details alongside each lead makes the workflow much more reliable, especially before outreach.
I think good automation shouldn't just move data faster; it should also make that data easier to verify and act on.

The part about incoming emails being categorized and drafted for review is where most automation attempts fail. Getting the AI to accurately classify intent without false positives is a much harder engineering problem than simply moving data between apps.
That's a really good point. Getting AI to classify emails is one thing, but making sure it understands the intent correctly and doesn't take the wrong action is where the real challenge starts.
