I built NUTRIVEO, an AI-powered nutrition assistant that makes understanding your meals effortless. You simply upload a photo of your food, and the app breaks everything down—calories, macros, and how it fits into your daily goals. It automatically updates your nutrition timeline, analyzes your habits over time, and gives you suggestions that actually align with your fitness objectives.
For someone who usually loses track of what they eat throughout the week, this was the first time the process felt simple and manageable. I didn’t expect how much clarity an upload-based food analyzer could bring until I used it myself.
