Ever wanted to try your hand at printmaking, but weren't ready for the sharp blades and permanent ink stains? 🎨✂️
I recently fell back in love with linocut, but realized how hard it is to explain the "magic" without the mess. That inspired Sweet Relief: a digital print studio built in Figma that brings the subtractive art of block printing to your screen.
I tried my best to digitize the most satisfying parts of this process so everyone can give it a go: a carving tool that cuts into a digital block of lino, a brayer that simulates rolling out ink, and the reveal of seeing your final print on paper!

Imagine a "daily pal" for AR or desk tablets—managing tasks and routines through natural gestures instead of a mouse. For #FigmaMakeathon, I moved beyond static design to build a live-synced prototype proving the potential of spatial interaction.
I stepped out of the standard use cases for #FigmaMake with a robust output layer for custom computer vision. Custom MediaPipe script translates gestures into data. Supabase holds the system state in real-time. Figma Make consumes that data to trigger complex, animated changes.
This experiment reframes prototyping for AR/VR—using the design tools we love and new interactions.
