I recently set up a complete monthly accounting and reporting workflow for a growing business. The work included designing a clear chart of accounts, recording and classifying transactions, building reconciliation templates, and preparing monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
I also incorporated MIS dashboards highlighting margins, spending patterns, receivables ageing, and key trends to support better operational decisions. Everything is now fully audit-ready and standardized for future scalability.
