While working on enhancing the user experience (UX) for the website and conducting an analysis for a conversion rate optimization (CRO) audit, the client expressed that he didn't want to engage in A/B testing due to the website's limited traffic. After reviewing the website, I agree with him; we can make significant improvements before considering A/B testing to enhance the funnels and customer journey.
