We all feel like we’re making it up every day.” This week, I saw a post from Steven Bartlett on LinkedIn that stuck with me: “The people you admire aren’t as smart as you think they are.” That hit me. I’ve realized imposter syndrome isn’t something to get rid of. It’s often what pushes me to grow. The goal isn’t to eliminate self-doubt. The goal is to keep moving forward despite it.
