We fixed that for Karsons Pharmacy with Karsons One.
Built a full operations platform for a pharmacy group that modernised every part of how the business runs. Prescription management, patient medication supply tracking, appointment setting, internal team workflows, and reporting all unified into one purpose built system.
The result was a pharmacy that finally runs like a modern business. Operating costs down, staff efficiency up, and a platform designed around the actual workflows of the team not a generic off the shelf product nobody uses properly.
Complex domain logic, compliance aware design, and built for people who are not developers. One of the most satisfying internal tool builds in the portfolio.
