A living collaborative canvas
For the #figmamakeathon Ć Contra, I built ColorHive ā my first project using Figma Make, and it was FUUUUUUUN building this.
Instead of creating a simple prototype, I explored how collaboration can feel alive.
Inspired by swarm behavior, ColorHive is a shared canvas where motion, color, and interaction respond organically.
I experimented with:
ā¢ Parallax depth scrolling
ā¢ Drag & drop with snap physics
ā¢ Lottie-powered micro-interactions
ā¢ A tactile, physics-based color wheel
Rather than static UI, ColorHive behaves like an ecosystem ā spatial, responsive, and expressive.
