The silent ones are always the hardest to diagnose. What made the Nginx/PHP-FPM case interesting was that standard SEO tools showed nothing GSC crawl stats looked normal until we pulled server logs. The real tell was intermittent 502s only under load. That's product debt that no keyword tool will ever surface.
