Why most CRM systems fail after implementation?
Most CRM systems don’t fail because of the software.
They fail because the workflow behind them is unclear. - Common issues, missed follow-ups, inconsistent lead tracking, poor pipeline visibility, manual processes everywhere.

Here is my first template for ElevenLabs and Contra contest
It turns the book cover layout into a series of social post: 4:5, 16:9 stills and 9:16 video with animated cover.
The template is done in a way to analyze your cover and adjust the setting and color to fir it.
It is oriented on independent book authors who need to promote their books with no publishers and limited budget. Though, the template only creates the cover, the overall flow and template instruments give this audience creative freedom for promotion – I give some ideas that go beyond this exact template in the video.
I was inspired by my friend Anna who is going to publish her first book this summer.

5. Connect tools like CRM, email, docs, or dashboards
6. Measure time saved and improve the flow
Good AI automation is not about replacing people. It is about removing boring, repeated work so people can focus on better decisions.
The best automation is quiet.
It works in the background, saves hours every week, and makes the team feel less stuck.

Stitch is completely redefining the speed-to-market workflow right now! The output quality is wild, and adding heatmaps directly into the layout phase is brilliant. Definitely a sign of where creative strategy tools are heading.
