One thing I’ve learned while building this project is that journaling doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.
Some people practice gratitude and focus on the good things that happened today. Others use expressive journaling to untangle emotions, reflective journaling to process experiences, or morning pages to clear their minds before the day begins.
