“Love Cookie” — A Short Animated Ad 🍪✨
This project is a Pixar-style short-form advertisement designed to tell a complete emotional story in under 20 seconds, without relying on dialogue. The goal was to create a highly engaging, shareable piece that feels more like a mini film than a traditional ad.
The story follows a shy teenage boy trying to express his feelings through homemade cookies, while a magical cookie quietly becomes the emotional core of the narrative. Through subtle animation, lighting, and character expressions, the piece builds toward a heartfelt twist, where the cookie sacrifices itself to help create a genuine human connection.
This project focuses on: • Visual storytelling over dialogue • Emotional pacing within a short runtime • Character-driven animation (micro-expressions, body language) • Cinematic lighting and warmth to enhance mood • Creating a memorable brand moment without breaking immersion
