From a data analyst's perspective, creating the Discovery Score involved diving deep into understanding the key indicators that genuinely reflect an Independent's reliability, expertise and contribution. The primary goal was to distill a complex set of metrics into an intuitive, fair and actionable score that serves both Independents and Clients. This felt like a daunting task but by leveraging the right data to empower decisions and incorporating constant feedback from stakeholders, we have been able to put together the Discovery Score.
