Honestly, most companies get Reddit wrong. They post something that reads like a press release, get torn apart in the comments, and decide "Reddit just doesn't work for us."
It's not that Reddit doesn't work. It's that Reddit can tell when you're trying to sell it something.
I've spent a lot of time in this world, understanding which subreddits actually matter for a given brand, how mods think, what gets a post buried versus what gets it to the front page, and how to talk to a community without sounding like you're talking at them.
