Capture AI’s chatbot struggled with manual lead capture and fragmented user engagement, slowing workflows and business response times. I designed the web app and dashboard with intuitive navigation, clear typography, structured layouts, and consistent visual design. My process included UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design in Figma and Photoshop to ensure usability, accessibility, and seamless CRM integration. The redesign automated engagement, streamlined lead capture, and improved workflow and data accuracy.
