Some people are even confused, and the truth becomes clear only when you actually look at the design.I’m not against interviews, but I believe that instead of interviews, giving a designer a proper brief and letting them do the work is a better way to judge their ability. A designer is capable if they can deliver the work — no matter what language they speak. What do you think about this approach?
