My client is an Italian property manager who oversees several apartments across the country. He needed a personal website to present himself professionally, showcase his listings, and build trust with both property owners and guests.

The main goals were:

Create a modern, welcoming design that reflects the hospitality industry

Keep the layout simple, fast, and mobile-friendly

Communicate professionalism and reliability through tone and visuals

I built the site using Wix, focusing on clean typography, soft colors, and smooth animations. The result is a minimalist, conversion-oriented website that positions him as a professional rather than just a host.
