I created a short form video content system for Haven & Co., a modern real estate brand, designed specifically for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
The project focused on turning property marketing into engaging social content through property tours, educational videos, lifestyle storytelling, market insights, and transformation content. Each concept was structured around a strong hook, clear visual storytelling, audience value, and a relevant call to action.
The result is a cohesive 30 day content direction that gives the brand a consistent way to showcase properties, educate potential buyers, and build engagement through short-form video.
