Cooper's Bakery has been part of Bangladesh's story since 1984. 50+ outlets. A name almost everyone recognizes.

Their website hadn't kept up. Static image grids for a menu. Forms that led nowhere. No real link between the site and the people actually running the stores.

For @Base44 x @Contra's #GiveItAGlow challenge, I rebuilt it — not just a nicer homepage, but a system the bakery can actually operate on.

The core of it is an AI concierge that does the work a staff member usually has to do over WhatsApp or phone:

→ Understands whether someone wants a regular cake or a custom event order, and takes them down the right path → Checks their location against branch coverage before going further → Walks through sizing, flavors, and design — with reference images shown right in the chat → Once confirmed, auto-generates an order summary and sends it straight to the branch manager

No more messy back-and-forth. No more lost details. The customer gets a smoother experience, and the bakery gets a clean, ready-to-fulfill order.

I didn't want this to end at submission, so I showed it to Cooper's General Manager. They liked it enough that we're meeting Monday to talk about rolling it out for real.
