OpsPilot — AI Business Operations Dashboard
OpsPilot is an AI-powered business operations platform designed for creative agencies, studios, and freelancers to manage clients, deals, projects, invoices, and financial workflows from a single workspace.
I designed and developed the platform as a full-stack application, combining CRM functionality, automated invoicing, business analytics, and an AI assistant that can answer operational questions using real business data.
Key capabilities include client and deal management, branded PDF invoices, recurring retainers, automated payment reminders, revenue and accounts receivable tracking, pipeline analytics, multi-user workspaces, and AI-powered business insights.
The goal was to reduce the fragmented workflow of managing clients in messaging apps, invoices in spreadsheets, and business data across multiple tools by bringing the entire operational workflow into one integrated system.
